Processing of Payments 

                                                                                                                  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing after we receive your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all orders are subject to processing time. Because some items are made to order in our headquarters, we must ensure that all payments are successful prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is distinct from the time it takes for a shipment to arrive at its destination after it has been fulfilled. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the processing is completed. Please keep in mind that your tracking number will be updated once USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and other carriers have received the package and it has been successfully processed through their system.

Shipment & Fulfillment       

Domestic shipping and fulfillment will take approximately 2-3 business weeks. Orders are shipped using third-party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. To ensure that your package arrives on time, please ensure that your address is correct and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are critical for on-time delivery. SAINTS ENVY and its subsidiaries are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, or misplaced.
